HOW IT WORKS

1 PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION

   Firstly we talk with you to make sure of your requirements. Understanding your requirements,

   we offer you our agency fee per unit and shipping cost per container to your nearest port.  

   If cars need to be half-cut, we offer you the cost for this arrangement. We provide all the

   cost information before you start buying damaged cars.

2 DEPOSIT

   To start buying damaged cars, deposit is required. Your deposit will be added to your balance

   sheet which is visible when you login and you can always see how much your money is with us.

   You can request us to bid damaged cars up to the amount in your balance. In case that you

   decide you don't buy damaged cars with us, we will return your deposit to you immediately.

3 REQUEST TO BID

   Auction data for damaged cars are available on our website. Data are updated one day before

   auction date. To request for bidding damaged cars, please email us before 9:00 AM (Japan time).

   We will inspect the damaged cars before bidding if they meet yourrequirements.  

4 AUCTION RESULTS

   If we could buy damaged cars within your budgets, we would advise you the auction results.

   You can also view auction results on our previous auction results section in this website.

   Auction results are normally updated on the next day of auction date. 

5 SHIPPING

   Damaged cars are shipped by container. Normally we put 3-4 units in 40HQ container to be

   cost effective for shipping. However we can ship one units if you like. We will arrange shipping

   as you like.
